That was pretty tough! I ended up having to complete the one with the spaceship waaaaay before the game on the left. Cool idea, and I agree with what some other the comments said but wanted to re-emphasize that another level or two to introduce the main mechanics first would help out!
I actually have a solution in 20 steps! I don't want to give it away here in the comments (not that I know if mine is optimal either), but I'll say that it does not contain A at all.
i actually found a solution of just 18 steps! I wont share it here for the same reason but if you are interested i could send it to you on email or discord

Reminds me of the light bot programming flash games you would play when you first start programming. Very fun game.
